• Remote Management: The gateway is supported by MTSS Group's remote monitoring and management infrastructure.

How the Integration Works

The process is designed to be straightforward for the end user:

1. Present Membership Credentials

A customer presents their membership barcode at the entry point.

2. Validate Membership

The MTSS Gateway Connector securely communicates with the membership platform's API to verify the customer's eligibility.

3. Authorise or Deny Access

Based on the response received, the gateway determines whether access should be granted.

4. Activate the Physical Gate
